The room was big! the beautiful double room had two comfy double beds, perfect for a family. the gym and swimming pool looked awesome. I saw proper equipment. the heater worked very well, so the room stayed warm and cozy.

The staff were genuinely helpful and efficient. i unintentionally left some items in the room and contacted them later. They quickly located the belongings and packed them carefully for courier pickup. their cooperation was excellent, and i received my things promptly!
the room looked somewhat outdated, and adjusting the heating proved difficult. the room was cold, and i found it hard to achieve a comfortable temperature .

The breakfast disappointed. The bacon was mostly fat, not crisp. the eggs seemed like they sat under a heat lamp for too long. the coffee and tea came from a machine, underwhelming.
